Im trying to do the quest of b ecoming a priest and "Peter`s Sao alberto" NPC is crashed. Did somebody already posted about it?

Chill dude..
it's part of your test..
it is called "patience"
hehehehhe... probably just wait until you can move your chara and then talk again..

You will be able to interact with the NPC after 60 seconds from teleporting into the quest area.
