I look at all the available options. Probation seem good but then dust fire with EA enchant seem better or do I go with death fire for pure base atk or .... Burning rose seem to be the best option lol. I'm on budge and I can afford one gun to lv 170, which gun is the best available option. Thank you in advance lol ^^

Burning Rose and just Round Trip everything till you are 175, before that just run with the soldier gatling gun or any low level gatling

I have been away from this game for a significant amount of time, is it possible to level on a low budget/is rebel a newb friendly class

get a probation gatling gun from NPC and just use round trip all the way. Rebel can practically use this skill all the way to 175 and on almost all normal daily instances, since it has high skill damage modifier by default . Platinum alter also keeps your health high and increases your dmg.

Just find a leech SP item at the very least to conserve spendings. Options for those are plenty.

Rebel is probably the most newb/budget friendly class since you only need a gatling gun and bullets after that any leech gear for extra sustain and items that increase your ranged damage as Crosscy said you can use a probation gatling gun https://www.divine-p...n-gatling-gun-1 sold by the Rebel machines NPC on prontera ideally you want it +7 and have gatling fever maxed from gunslinger you can level & get money by selling the loots killing on magma2

Probation gun for sure, easy to use and you don't have to bother refining it past +7. 

 

I used the probation revolver and fire danced my way to 175, was easy AF with an evil dragon armor (doesn't even need to be +10 tbh).
