At what levels do the homunculi learn their skills?  I couldnt find the answer on the wiki, nor through a forum search.

Are you asking how often they get skill points? Every 3 levels, as shown here: https://irowiki.org/...nd_Skill_Points

 

If you mean at what level can they learn specific skills, then it varies by the skill for Homonculus S (which is in the wiki if you click on a specific homun s: https://irowiki.org/wiki/Dieter )

 

I don't believe there are any level requirements for the normal homun skills, just pre-reqs in what other skills they need before it (so like, flitting needs moonlight level 3 for a filir, etc.)

Yes I'm asking at what level can they learn their skill.  Right now, I have a Vanilmirth lv 24.Caprice and Chaotic Blessing both lv 3.  I have 2 spell points that im saving for Instruction Change.  Is there a prereq for learning instruction change, or does the homun learn it automatically at a certain level?

I see where it says prereqs now, thank you!

 

Also, on the wiki, it says instruction change increases chances of brewing.  But in game, the spell icon doesn't mention changing.  Was it changed with a patch?

Not sure about that tbh, it's been that way since I remember Renewal coming out tho, so maybe it was always there but not described? There's some skill descriptions that are still outdated, like the infamous mage's fireball.
