you will gain  Agi +?? for ? seconds where ? is the refine level of the compounded item.

Endure time=RefineRate/Secs

Agi+=RefineRate*RefineRate Up to 10
Agi Time=refineRate/Secs

anything that doesnt come from Overseas Care Package lootboxes is kRO stuff. Basically the entire game outside some cash shop items.
