So basically where is the repairman in mora located?
It is located by Eden HQ NPC, middle of Mora Village map. Do note though, currently the NPC is occupying the same cell of the Points Seller. If you need to use either NPC move your camera or/and mouse cursor around slowly till you target the desired NPC. Hopefully, this will be attended on the next server restart.

Can we have a short maintenance for that? I think it's just repositioning of the Repairman or better put in the Inn.

Varignon, I was informed it will be properly fixed on the next weekly maintenance.
