Does that mean I get like -20 critical damage? Seems counter productive, why not make the crit bonuses it gives smaller instead of giving you less and more?
Does Gambler's Seal lower critical damage?

If you combo it with Heart Card in Mouth it removes that.

Just got confused because it still seems redundant.

It gives you a malus to encourage wearing the full set, basically.
Though I donno why they fixated on DEX instead of any other stat, or just base level to make the malus universal.
