Reinstall the game. Not giving any details nor uploading a screenshot of the problem... no real way to help.

Normally the error occurs when the client is not up to date.
As suggested above, go for a fresh reinstall using the official client installation file.
If playing on Re:Start
Feb 2019 release:

If you still experience the disconnection after performing a reinstall let us know.

im having the same issue but with only one character and its titling my character in a unknown location

Renewal or Re:Start? In either case, first try to request character unstuck by posting in this thread. If that did not help then you will need to file a support ticket.

Did that, and now I'm stuck on "Please Wait..." Before going to "Failed to connect to server" Guess I'll just lie down for a while.
