Invest more $$$ in buying WPE and car shop items and you will notice a signiifnant improvement of their response time.
So this is more on money than free play? Just like PAY TO WIN something...

They replied and I replied also but again I'll wait again for a day or two for just one response from them. This will take a week or two or even a month or maybe a year if its like this always...

I'm really disappointed and pissed, accusing me using third party program on my account which I opened in different game client and logged out before sleeping. Would I bother doing this topic, messages and tickets if I really did that? Such Stupidity.
It's now thursday 1:45am, its been 5days already since the suspension. I'm not buying that crap when I know I played them personally before they suspended my accounts.
