Dear @Campitor and @VModCoconut,

I have been 3 days until now cannot even be able to open access to your RO website / forum and launching a game its was cursed by issue IP blocked regions in my address area Malaysian here. When I open to RO website / RO forum and RO game launcher its said ''Problem loading page'' and ''Failed to connect to patch server'' even I used to played with other steam game and open other website Youtube and Facebook its still be fine though.
Its not my internet or modem problem and I already been restart modem to get reset a new IP more than 10 times still be the same problem. So please fix the IP blocked regions so that we us cannot get playing your game and I don't want to keep using VPN to playing your game here.

Are you sure it is region IP block? I can just access the game just fine using TM Unifi (Malaysia).

Hello Everyone at 11:30am on 2/19/2019 some network equipment developed an error that lead to a two and a half hour service outage for RO1, RO:RESTART, and RO1 Classic. The faulty equipment has been replaced and service restored. Due to the outage Endless Tower Purification Stones will be turned on at 2:15 and an extra 50% EXP/Drops bonus will be applied to the server until 2/22.

Campitor!!! Do not forget about us in Ragnarok Restart , we got the same problem to login, we deserve some compensation too!!! Also it's seems drop rate for Monster Tolken are low again...

The same compensation has already been added to RE:START server as well.
