AFAIK it has variable cast time which can be eliminated by putting Moonslasher lvl5.

Those are jacked up prices, but my guess is the price will go up. No clue to how much, but before today they were worth 500k-5m (or rather, they were vended for that much).

Yeh, jRO version lists same thing. Dunno why, but then half the effects on that ring are either functionally useless or literally useless (RK). And others are LOLGETREKTLOL.

Kill me because it was maily my fault that made people hate RG so much. Though, WoE RG =/= PvM RG 

 

Anyway, this headgear is not that special. Nothing really interesting to be honest. So a good thing is, you probably wont have to give a kidney for it. It may be a nice gadget to have but VP/CS will still beat it I believe. I'm looking forward to your videos

Getting it down to 1 minute i would say is fair enough.

That's fine, if anything I'd rather you complain about why do we need to spend exp to use a skill.

 

But I guess I see your point since the Prism Scarf gves 180 second reduction on cooldown.
