Describe the issue: The item only seems to add about 30% crit damage instead of the 70% as described in the item description. (I've tested the damage with a temopral ring which is 30% crit damage increase and the old detachment ring seems to give about same crit damage bonus while its supposed to add an additional 40% overall crit damage compare to the temporal ring - I'm wearing a temporal boot with lucky day enchant)

Diminishing returns they said. I suggest you go for temporal boot hawkeye and any other EA/ATK% increasing items instead

Describe the issue:

I tested my SC, it does not really gives 70% damage of TS. Seems like only 30%.

Me and friend of mine tested on Sura, it does not really gives 70% damage of Lightning Ride too.

Not really significant damage. Not even reach 70%. 

I have sent ticket already (screenshots and rrf). Hope the investigation is done asap.
