I'm trying to do platinum quests which requires banana juice. I did the juice making quest, but when I talk to Marx Hasen with a bunch of empty bottles and Bananas he just gives me the "Oh No..." response and says I don't have the items.

 

Ideas?

Please refer to the quest guide as noted on fanmade page of iRO wiki here (Renewal version).

If the issue persists after making sure all steps are properly done, then it may be an issue with that character. Did you perform a character transfer (VAS) by any chance?

I did everything in the guide. The character is not a transfer.

 

The NPC simply says I don't have the items, but I have bananas and empty bottles in my inventory.

Which server are you having this issue on by the way?

 

There are only a few triggers for that response:

• Not enough Zeny. It may not work properly if you are at max Zeny, I cannot confirm this however.
• No fruit item, which you already have.
• No bottle, make sure that you have Empty Bottle item as noted here and not other kind of bottle.

If possible, I'd suggest redoing the quest on another character and see if that goes through fine or not.

I'm playing on Classic Loki.

 

I just tried with a second character with the same result.

 

I tried getting bottles from different mobs, while never carrying any of my previous bottles in case, stuff(?).

 

I tired holding the exact number of bottles for the exact number of fruit.

 

I tried apples, bananas and grapes.
