The staff has informed me a couple hours ago that Steam for RO is working properly.
It is possible a setting or a network config that is causing the error.
Try the following:
- On Steam client, from the top listing click on Steam then choose Settings.
- At Settings panel, click on Web Browser tab.
- Click Delete Browser Cache and then the Browser Cookies.
- Click Ok.
- Close then Reopen Steam again, see if that resolves the issue.
Next suggestion would be clearing the system's DNS cache, instructions are posted below.
- Click the Windows key found on your keyboard or Start button on Windows.
- In the Search text box, type cmd
- Right-click the application (cmd.exe) and choose Run as Administrator.
- On the CMD window, type the following command then hit Enter: ipconfig /flushdns
- Relaunch Steam.
It is also mentioned, Beta testing Steam related MAY cause that issue, see if you are able to revert that condition.
