Replace your 2x Bako with either 2 emerald ring and 1 emerald and 1 pdm.

Buy imperial feather set for yummy damage for agi build, buy coronet instead if you max your int.

Buy abyss and nature dress for maximum fun at instance.

Resentful Soldier is a stupid card, just decide what the point of your bow is. If you PVM, 2x Abysmal Knight, if you PVP, it depends on your other demi mods.

resentful soldier is for bow shadow chasers They don't have no limit for that massive ranged dmg mod.

Why no both? 2 RS for mob and normal monster. 2 AK for boss and mvp fight.

Will rather have a higher upgraded bow with 2ak than having 2 but lower upgrade due to cost of having two

Because you can kill most regular monsters even while using 2x AK, so spending 1.6b in cards to get a significant boost for 1 minute does seem a tad pointless for the every man.
