Is that functional? Not willing to gamble 50 shards to test tbh ;D

They don't seem functional and won't give you anything. If you exchange shards for it we will return the shard to you.

what were they actually intended for, if anything?

edit: at first glance i was thinking they might be enchant stones for the gray gear or thanatos weps.

There _are_* enchants for them (similar to Vicious Mind enchants) so it may be those...

Issue with Rainbow Muffler, can't be refined and description is still not updated has "(?)" on it. please help I really want to test this for WoE also issues with the gray shards cannot be exchanged to Lord of Sakray card.

yes I met this problem too. there is no Covenant-free option for VIP.

Yes. they are enchant material of Tarnos weapon. (Sorry I won't call those weapons name as Thanatos since it is wrong.)

Enchant method is very simple. Charcoal is consumable item. just double click it and UI window of enchantable weapon will show. Choose desired weapon and enchant is done.
100% success and if you get unwanted enchant you just re enchant to override it.
