hey guys I would like to question if there is a way for a shadow chaser to give OH on the third floor of NCT using Arrow Storm?

I was doing some tests and the maximum damage I was able to achieve was 110k of damage using this setup.

 

Shadow Chase lv 157

For: 1

Agi: 120

Vit: 72

Int: 44

Dex: 120

Luk: 36

 

+9 Happy Flapping Wing

Imperial Feather

Royal guard necklace

+9 Mighty Black Threaded Armor [Byorgue]

+9 Vigilant Bow [2x Pecopeco Egg]

+9 Fallen Angel Wing EA 4/3/3 [Menblat]

+9 Temporal Dex Boots EA 4/Luckday

Emerald Ring [Gold Scaraba]

Pervese Demon Mask [Gold Scaraba]

 

and using the buff shield spell with the gaia shield.

 

is there any better setup for shadow chase arrow storm or should i give up and do another build?

I m not playing SC but interested if other SC player can do it.

Though in my mind thinking it cant be possible because to one shot you need another 56k more damage (166k - 110k) and your gear pretty much decked out/high end.

My suggestion: perhaps try copy severe rainstorm maybe you have better flow in killing big bell. The gear pretty much would be the same.

the real problem with the severe rainstorm skill is the high SP consumption, remembering that the skill reproduces doubles the amount of sp of the skill, so each use of the severe rainstorm is 240 sp.

wich is very easy to leech back since you only need a single proc and it has a massive multihit on it(plus the damage is heavily increased by emerald earrings)

You could try replacing the pdm with another emerald ring, or switching to a +15 crimson bow to see how it goes. Alternatively, you could try to aim for the two shot with AS and Feint Bomb.

Unfortuly i dont have money at the moment soo i can't get another emerald ring And the +15 crimson bow to do the test.
But the AS + feint bomb can work,i just need reset my skills

I've been one-shotting NCT with my SC in NCT with +14 crimson bow with 2x true trentini. think +10> catapult is a better option, but at that point i manage to find someone vending the bow at 1B so i grabbed it. Equipment wise, everything else is same as yours, but i'm even using evil dragon armor. You can also try to find a HE enchant boots for more damage.

seems interesting, but since I'm broken at the moment it's something out of my reach, so I'll probably leave SC on hold for a while as I try to drop something that has some value "if it still exists."

I'm not an expert at optimized dps, but I was much happier using Severe Rainstorm with 120 int/dex 100 agi Seraphim build.

I was doing about 27k per hit and 60k ds (+10 double resentful vigilante) without much stat boosts (vip foods and pretzels, no shield spell) and leveling pretty comfortably, with EDA and Malicious leech could almost just stand in the middle of mobs and still only had to use an emergency ygg once in awhile.

If I may ask, why +9 Temporal Dex Boots Lucky Day EA4?

 

Why not Hawk Eye and Temporal Ring combo? Additional 40 DEXs for AS isn't better?

I assume he chose luckyday instead of hawkeye because HE proc would increase damage but also consume lots of sp or hp. Which would be a waste if he cant one shot still.

Didnt recommend temp ring because its too expensive to buy and I would still dont know if with that ring he able to one shot or not.

As comparison, using ranger with same gear as he have with just changing bxb 2 peco2 card, wws set and keeping imp feather/pdm should be able to one shot easily because that class enjoy huge ranged damage modifier (+50% plus +50% AS from +10 bxb). I dont know if an SC can overcome that difference with an additional +40dex.

p/s: do correct me if i m wrong. I forgot gear effect all the time.

go with 2 true trentini cards on a highly upgraded catapult with enchants

get 2 emerald rings and put 2 GS cards

sera coro, highly upgraded white dropping eddga hat

+9-12 tb dex HE EA

 

when everything procs u can get up to 700-1m/SR

i'm a 170 sc and my damage can go up to 800k when the wdeh+max dex proc

 

if u have more zeny u can get +10-14valk knife and put 4 true gertie cards for fun too ;P

u will be amazed by how destructive u can be.

thanks to all for all the tips, SR is not quite a style of game that I like so much, so I was at basics and I played from ASPD / Crit in verus doing only the daily quets and 3 mvp's of the central laboratory.
and it was extremely easy to get the 175 there.
