I recently got a temporal ring and a +9 str temporal boot with speed of light, and im using a flash combo setup to lv up, but im not sure which is more effective, also im kind a super new to the server so not sure if this set up is ok or META for sura.

Sura needs both Global Delay&Cast Reduction. for your build. speed of light is fine for Flash Combo setup (flee and delay on other skills). add agi (for aspd) and Flee (passive skill-for more flee). flash combo does not have cast time. for leveling, i preferred Lion'sHowl/Devil'shand build with hp leech gears. https://irowiki.org/wiki/Lion%27s_Howl

Thanks for the answer, but i have not been able to find a devils hand let alone +10, i have all in terms of leech gear but not that head gear.
