I am confused on these two enchant, where "Sharp 1" gives "Crit 6%" and "Hit 2", and "CRIT +5" just says "Crit +5", so what is the difference between Crit 6% and Crit +5? Does Crit 6% refers to crit chance and crit +5 refers to crit damage? Thanks.

From what I understand, Crit is already counted as %.
Effects like "Crit + 6%" and "Crit + 6" give exactly the same bonus to your critical chance.
"+crit dmg" effects are usually worded differently and more completely for clarity.
Just like:
"Increase critical damage on targets by 20%"
