How long for Support to respond to a ticket?

I accidentally locked my account yesterday by typing my password wrong 3 times.  I sent in a support ticket and have heard nothing back for almost a day now?  Does anyone know the normal turnaround time? I'm kinda dying here.

its been 4 days since i sent a ticket hmmmm so far i have not heard anything from them.

A ticket response varies from one case to another, on average 2 to 3 days. Complicated kinds may take several days and payment related are handled separately.

Make sure that WP emails are not being delivered to the spam or junk folder on your email. If you get no automated response at all then, it is one of the two; submitting ticket was not completed, or incorrect email. In either case, please submit a new ticket.

Saying that, please allow at least another 24h, if there is still no response then contact Familiar on forums with your ticket number.

So this has been a problem for a week now.  I literally locked my account by typing the password in 3 times.  I opened a ticket and the only responses I've received have basically been "we've received your ticket" and "we have no ETA" which seems very dismissive and unprofessional for such a simple issue. I'm missing out on time with my guildmates over something that should take exactly 30 seconds to fix. 

How does one get their account unlocked in a timely manner?

Sadly everything with Warp Portal take ages, just look at the bugs the game has had for years and they will never be fixed (although they were reported several times). If I were you, I'd just give up (or SPAM PM every mod)
