Curious if the description is a typo or not....

it says metallic sound cd reduced 0.2 secs and metallic sound damage increased 4 %...will it go up to 1.0 sec and 20% if those skills required are at lvl 5? or is it just a 0.02 buff.....I would just reset and try it but i dont want to waste my skill reset if its wrong lol

Basing on the description I see on ragial:
"If Frigg's Song is at level 5 or higher"
The cooldown reduction is unlocked by getting minimum lvl 5 Frigg's Song so it's only until 0.2.

"For every level of Gloomy Shyness known,"
Meanwhile the Metallic Sound skill dmg increase is based on Gloomy Shyness skill level so that one can rise.


As for how descriptions go, I think it would help more with clarity if they emphasize headers or put spacing like so:

"If Frigg's Song is at level 5 or higher,
• Aspd + 10%
• Reduces the cooldown of Metallic Sound by 0.2 seconds.

For every level of Gloomy Shyness known,
• Matk + 4%
• Increases the skill damage bonus of Metallic Sound by 4%.

If Deep Sleep Lullaby is at level 5 or higher,
• Enables Level 10 Heal.
• Restores 200 HP and 20 SP to the user when a monster is killed by a magical attack."
