When my amistr evolved and got loyal from event I went straight to Dieter. I forgot blood lust gets unlocked when amistr is evolved and loyal. Now blood lust is no longer on the list. Am I missing something? Or once I evolved it to Dieter I can not get blood lust again.

yep, you cant get bloodlust anymore, after changing to dieter.
