I'm having a major problem..

 

I used to play this game back in 2016 for about 6 months and I obtained ALOT of items and some very expensive gear and I even donated 640$ total to the game because i liked it so much.

I had a GX which was my main named Blazing Killer. I'm desperately want my character back and all of my items its seems and though the server WIPED EVERYTHING and I played for VIP they whole time i played and i dont see why they would just delete everything..  Is there anything I can do?

 

This game was a big part of my childhood on a different server, and when i found this server with the 3rd gen classes I really enjoyed playing it, Hoping I can come back now that i have internet again.

Really heartbreaking finally getting internet again and finding everything i worked for got deleted or something happened......

Welcome back!

From the looks of it, you may be looking at the wrong server/game client.

For Renewal servers, please install/launch Ragnarok Online then head over to the server selection (Chaos or Thor).

 

To obtain latest Renewal client, visit this link:

Currently Renewal servers are undergoing weekly maintenance, so patching the client is paused till maintenance works are over.

Do you know if Choas was a 3rd gen class server? My GX was level 136 or something like that. I cant remember what max levelwas but it wasnt a super high rate, you still had to work for your levels and you could be "VIP" to get special buffs and everyone went and to a certain little town hall i guess you could say... its where you would get quests and you could turn them back in after killing 400 of whatever. Another thing about the server was that in the same place you would turn quests in there would be selling items and having chats open selling stuff... had a little side room to the right and an upstairs for more selling.

I think the Guy was called gramps that we got the quests to kill 400 of whatever

Chaos and Thor are the only Renewal servers on iRO, so your character should be there. No character wipe was conducted as far as I know.

Can you tell me which server has Chaos on it? I have a couple RO clients on my computer and im confused as to which on works for Chaos.

Please download the updated client from this link:

Then launch Ragnarok Online (Ragnarok.exe), proceed accordingly.

 

If you have an older installation, you may encounter issues when launching or logging into the game so I highly suggest that you perform a clean installation.

Do keep in mind, Renewal servers are currently offline for maintenance works.

I'm currently downloading the installer you sent, i will update you as soon as its up and i try to sign in. thank you for the help so far! hopefully this will fix the problem.
