Unfortunately, we currently do not have a definite time on when this issue will be resolved. For now, our team suggest frequently checking ROJ Forums and ROJ's Facebook Fanpage for updates regarding this issue..

This is my 2nd time I've been scammed, the first one was in ragnarok journey game321 and now my 2nd time here. What the hek.................. I keep on charging and suddenly the game just stop.

what i know, IT people always standby, if have no problem you get pay for sitdown and if have problem you must fix it right away.
never let your system without guard.

Hello again!
Last I checked with the staff, they kindly informed me that the issue was reported to the developers and still awaiting a follow up.
For these cases, I'd expect a sort of a compensation but there is nothing official yet.
Also do note that Friday was a holiday (Good Friday) and games' CMs (Community managers) were not available in the office. Thus getting responses is expected to be delayed.
If anything, we hope to get an official response by Monday (US time).

Compensation is a joke not need exp gem stuck waiting at 180 for update. Have wings paid for them so CC not needed, a few charms for the down time is not compensation to me.
