Is this some sort of bug? Most of the time the rodex mail freezes and you must close the client again to make your character move.

Yeah it's a really dangerous bug that can even ruin instance runs.
The good news atleast is that kRO developed a fix for it so that Rodex can closed by pressing the "ESC" button.
The bad news is that it's from their most recent patches, so it'll be a long time before we get it :/
