So this Kuro Akuma hid (skill) and then I fired out some Fire Expa combo until she died but the tour coordinator still says still alive and quest was not finished?

The quest entry does not count towards mobs killed by a ticking dot.

It is highly suggested to avoid using skills that inflict dots when doing Geffen Tournament instance, such as Burning debuff.

Speaking of bugs in GMT, I recall there is a chance that after you kill Fay, her homunculus wont die and will keep attacking you even in Fenrir battle. Wonder if this issue was ever fixed.
