Hello all,

Just need some tips from this instance, I have question about Ancient Gigantes, from wiki it seems this monster does not have skill?

So if my set up is 100PD, I can just auto attack this monster and not die up to Sarah?

They have a pretty massive hp pool tho, if you plan on actually killing them a 100pd set might not cut it

100% true! I need to search gears and find a way to cut it. I want get Sarah Card haha

I will be using ranger, warg damage might help since its 130 luk set up with Jupiter ring and old detachment ring bio5 headgear combo. I had to remove FAW petal tho and WWS.

Was using luk boots with HE/EA4

Will see whats the damage like. If I hit 20-30k crits it should be fine with 193 aspd and fearbreeze.

with 193 aspd you will probably hitlock it from afar, you won't need any PD. Go full damage, and use Gambler seal if you have it. Saves you time clicking his minions. If i am not wrong, all types of gigantes have a chance to drop its card. That is the real prize of the instance imo. 

 

Also, if you are in the Sarah MVP room, all of the right side gigants summoned are killable by physical attacks, while left side are killable by magic attacks.

 

You can probably avoid all of the left side mobs by making sure you click a far cell to the right before the talk scene starts. Then, proceed to walk to the end of the right side before killing the right gigante. This sets you up for right side spawns only so you can kill the gigantes while waiting for Sarah to be attackable. It is more chances for gigante cards also.

But I'm not interested with gigante cards, I just want to kill the 5 ancient gigantes and then move to Sarah and avoid getting killed by the gigantes over there.

Do I have to kill all gigantes in the sarah room before I can attack Sarah?

Also even if I hitlock ancient gigantes, the other gigante mobs might kill me if I don't have 100PD? Also hitlock is not really 100% guarantee with 193 aspd. Time is of the essence with that instance, so it might save me time not to find the angle where I can hitlock the ancient gigantes.

alright so your target is actually sarah, not the gigantes. That makes it a whole deal easier.

All you need is to maintain high aspd, and shove in as multiple multihit procs as possible, like cd in mouth and etc.

Yes thanks! I just got a vicious bow to make +14 just for this. Its with demon and shadow type damage.

I have a MOT card, but since the def of this gigantes is pretty low, do you think it is much better to use AK cards?

its a good weapon sure, but you dont need to make anythig specific just for this.

You can also lure the 3 gigantes at once using pd gears, then perma trapping them in energized trap while using AoEs regularly with your damage set.

Unfortunately this is not an option for me anymore, I sold most of my AOE gears hehe

Probably will stick to auto attacking.

It would be cheaper for me to upgrade this bow than get a AOE damage set again hehe

The Drake effect should also be good right? Because gigantes are large.

Drake effect with demon % damage and atk or long range % damage vicious bow.

Updates..I pulled it..made it to Sarah..with 100PD using only auto attacking.
