Feels like im asking the obvious here, but gonna go ahead and get a clarification anyway. [0.X] and X% dont stack into each other correct?

Example: glorious fist on sura (50%) and dex temps w/ 120dex (.5sec) does not actually give you instacast

Flat reduction applies first then % reduction.

%FCT and flat FCT reductions do stack with each other, but it is multiplicative. Same as VCT. But unlike VCT, you cannot reach 100% on %FCT reductions because you take the one with the highest reduction.

Base FCT:
1s
W/ temp dex boots and 120 dex:
0.5s
W/ Fenrir card
0.3s
W/ temp dex boots, 120 dex, and Fenrir card
0.15s
W/ temp dex boots, 120 dex, and OMW with ME5 enchant
