What damage % card is best to use against this? 

 

I see its Def is very low 48+80 so MoT card seemed not very good vs this monster?

 

This is boss protocol so is it better to use AK card than MoT card?

 

I know I can just try it, but this is weekly instance, also I dont want spend my zeny decarding...If anyone knows which card is best to be used please TIP me..

Well, are you making a unique weapon specifically for this instance/monster? Since you say this is only a weekly thing and you might end up using your weapon for hunting other stuff while in the cooldown time
