Hey Everyone,
Anyone else have an issue with items in the Kafra Shop being shown as "unknown item"?
I have tried reinstalling the client and also running as admin but nothing seems to be working..
Any other suggestions?

When did the issue start? In which Kafra shop tab are you seeing the symptom?

I just recently patched Ragnarok again today after quite a while. The kafra shop tab is in the "New" Tab section - I am assuming they are for the new ocp/costume boxes?
I also followed what you suggested in the other post about the icon being an apple, but it doesn't work.
I would post a picture, but I am not too sure how.

If that's the case, I'd suggest that you perform a clean reinstall using the latest setup available in the link below.

I'm having this same problem, and I've uninstalled, re-downloaded via this link, and reinstalled as administrator three times now and the first page of the shop is still almost entirely "unknown item" with apples as placeholder images. Any other suggestions? I'm interested in the Yggdrasil Tickets but I'm guessing they're one of the several unknown items since I can't find them anywhere else in the shop.

Follow suggestion #4 as posted here, for some reason the client is not getting the proper patch files.
Keep us updated.
Disregard the statement above.
With further testing, this is an issue on patch server end.
I have reported it to the staff, currently a reinstall will not fix it.

Update
Our kind staff has resolved the error
It is required that you close every active RO client then launch the patcher to obtain the hotfix.
That should resolve the apples in Kafra Shop.
