Just an opinion, but i think that the game has become stale for many players because of our slow content updates. Since we follow kRO with their stuff and they need translation (while being a small studio), there is no way for us to ever have fast updates. All the while we keep receiving OP items meant for harder game contents from JRO, and end up now at a point where our old kRO content mobs don't pose a challenge and there's nothing to do besides farm consumables and pray for random MVP.
How about making the OCP remix a game reward (instead of being cash shop) for playing specific instances or some custom iRO content? For example, there can be a point system that reward points for instance clears (or event clears for custom quests) , and players can trade their points for a limited amount of remix boxes (which refreshes every month).
This way people still have something to chase every month even when we don't get updates from kRO, and new OCP items are still bought by cash. Either you pay for the new OCP items or wait a couple of months to be able to earn them from remix boxes by playing.
just a thought of how i think the game can be better in terms of longevity and balancing cash/game stuff.
*edit*
Just thought that this also promotes party play and help new players too. Since points are rewarded for instance clears, it doesn't matter how many players group together. There's still the point rewards outside just the normal instance stuff (which is what make ppl prefer to solo, so no need to share).
OCP remix box rates can also be changed to maintain item rarity too (since its no longer cash item).
