With a little inspiration from RoM, thought I'd try and learn Sura class from it's original version here in iRO to get some sort of mastery with it(and because everyone is a SC now in RoM due to Mana Trap  ).

 

After reading Totalidade's Sura guide, I came up with this:

 

 

My goal here is to be able to deal decent to high GFIST/GOH/TC damage.

 

Skill Build:

Here. Looking forward to more suggestions about skills and what I really need for PvP.

 

And my current leveling equipment:

 

 

I have other stuff from my SCs that I can sell to get better equipment but this is what I can roll for now.

 

I plan to level via Tiger Cannon, I read that if used via Flash Combo, it will not consume HP? but the downside is I have to learn the timing for it to be efficient? and press more buttons while leveling.

Flash Combo will do the entire TC combo for you, no extra inputs needed. The downside is being forced to wait for sky blow animation at the end, and the 2(?) seconds where you cant pot in the middle of it

Fafnir scale is actually also top notch gear for sura at its price point for the +50% HP/SP. It will help you make tiger cannon deal stupid damage even without tao. With incoming illusion frozen releasing the  combo battle glove, i bet flash combo can become really topnotch in damage with our gears.

Unfortunately, I -_- up by not getting Flash Combo and going straight to TC. Doing manual combo is hard to the point that I can't even kill 1 big bell, so it's either I need to practice on izlude eggs or just reset my skills.

Yeah, I'm looking into these new gears and updates and there's a lot to look forward to. I may even be forced to spend $$ again.

 

What do you guys think of my stat build? is it good for what I'm aiming for? I just realized you can't get PP Revitalize by maxing out TC and GoH, any suggestions on this part?

you can swap that dex and int around if you aint using something like seraph. the cast time from dex is much more appreciated. (and hit for TC/pvm)
