I purchased Character Account Transfer Service a few days ago. My character still not transfer to the new account yet. I don't know how long it going to take. I'm waiting to put vip to one account after my character transfer... but this is taking so long.

In most cases, VAS requests are handled immediately. If there's an issue you may want to contact the GM staff through a support ticket.
