which one better in demage?

30% cast reduction(temp ring) versus 15% (fairy) but it depends on how many cast reductions you need. on everything about DB RK you need at least 90% total cast reduction so you can chain DB that can be almost like spamming like crazy

you can simulate your hp/sp on calc.irowiki and plug in the formula from irowiki. Apply the ranged bonus and you'll have your answer
