Hi, I have a problem with my character. It was stuck for a long days. I have sent to recover my character in forum but the GM didn't response yet.
I got stuck for several times and recovered soon by the GM. In this case the GM didn't response soon and I worried about it. What should I do?

But it is my alt and in different account. can I still send a ticket using different account for recover my stuck character?

Yes it should be fine. I don't see any reason why that would be a problem. However, if just in case the issue is beyond the character just being stuck, they might ask you to send a ticket using the account's registered email address, for security reasons.
