Has someone experience this right now? It shows someone has logged in my RO account but I play at home

Did you win the grand prize for share event? Or have you had some form of a ticket that could require an item change?

Nope, but when i logged in all my alternate account, specially the one vending it shows incorrect password too but I type the correct password and the character I'm using for vend was not disturb.

Maybe send a ticket. I will try poke Camp to notify someone to help.

if your password changed then its likely that a GM hopped your account to check whatever. sadly, they are terrible at restoring your original password. but if they suspected that some item on your account was duped, then it's likely they logged your account for that reason and to delete the dupe and restore your purchase.

Basically someone has logged into your account, could be a GM or someone else.

Please submit a support ticket to the GM staff, once that's done you may PM me its number.

 

Normally, the GM staff will ask the user to logout, if there's no response and the situation requires immediate attention they will force logout the user and temporarily block account access.
