This issue is DNS related. It is being worked on.
Switching to Google's or OpenDNS may resolve the issue so give that a try.

The staff are still looking into this. For now we have number of proposed solutions, first check solution #2 posted here. The other solution involve switching the DNS server to something else like Google's or OpenDNS, there are other DNS available for public use so check which one works for you. If you do not know how check the guide linked below.
How to switch DNS Guide:

In the scenario DNS change does not solve the issue, and if only the game client was last updated by May 9th, then I'd suggest patcher bypass.
I will add the steps in spoiler tag and stress that this solution is temporary and at any means should not be used as a preferred method. Bypassing the game client is risky as it will prevent the client from receiving critical updates.
Note: Patcher bypass is only meant to resolve the DNS issue with the patcher itself, if there is an underlying network issue or login issue then this solution may not work for you.
If you feel adventurous give this a try but keep the warning noted.
How to bypass Renewal patcher client:
Finally, if nothing works for you, take a traceroute and share it in your post. The entry may be lengthy so please try to add spoiler tags around the log.

If you are with Comcast, you are likely using ipv6. Use DNS for Ipv6 from OpenDNS which should be:
2620:119:35::35
2620:119:53::53

Just wanted to say thanks to VMODCinnamon for the instructions on bypassing the patcher. Checked my network logs and nothing was getting misrouted or blocked, been having this problem for over a day now. Just skipped the patcher and all is well, logged right back in. Couldn't even get to these forums for the longest time and according to isitdownrightnow.com they're still down. Tried Google & Cloudflare's DNS servers, both still dead in the water on connect. Tried VPN from different countries on the allowed iRO countries list and still nothing. I was pretty sure the server was 100% dead, something along the lines of what the user bgmds said above this post.
I noticed ragial.org was still up and running through so I started trying to get in any way possible. Had to login to my Warp Portal account page (which works while the main frontpage is still down) then from there click the support forums button to finally get here. I really have no idea why that worked but it did and it let me find this thread. I guess that's not going to be to helpful if other people still can't get here but maybe it'll help the admin staff figure out WTF is going on.
