I've been playing with some of my friends on new characters and those illusion dungeons and are gears are actually pretty good. that's all.

can confirm that the stuff there are pretty decent and somewhat competent especially since it's from pvm content

They are good alternatives for those who don’t want to spend for OCP, it’s a nice addition.

the latest illusion dungeons already have normal monsters with hp reaching millions and mvp's reaching tens of millions in hp. And since they are illusion dungeons, their xp won't be reduced by lvl gap.

leveling content? challenging content? we're on our way to getting both eventually.

Nah, everyone will eventually spend on OCP, with cash or zeny. There is nothing good from recent updates that can beat OCP tbh, which is stupid.

still puzzles me why kRO put a RG on the poster.
Illusion Pole Axe is star of the that update.
 

that 20% more OB damage (and Hundred Spear) card on shoe is very welcome though.

 

edit: kRO releasing cards and weapons to increase OB only tells me they are admitting they messed up Overbrand in the first skill balance and how stupid the 5% increase in Old Casket is.

I’ll take the chance to say something here.

Which instances are you farming that don’t sell?
Some are profitable in their own way but not as much as you’d expect.

Also in PVM you can sell stuff like giant faceworm snake skins, Thanatos weapons, you can create safe certificates, run, ET and make some profits, OPB are worth something. I know we will reach a point in which we say “but OCP gears cost billions”

I re rolled the cheaper items at grandma boxter, just because I wanted to see how far I could get. Huge sacrifice for huge rewards.

Also, when it comes to the argument that OCP are stronger than most in-game gears, I agree, but at the same time...no one told us that they were the only gears available or that we should rely on them for everything.

I won’t lie, I do have some OCP gears from grandma boxter, but I mainly use them to farm, but I do play without OCP gears when I play with my friend.

The game is what you make of it, I believe. But hey that’s just my opinion, it’s a good chat to have every now and then.
