Hi,

 

Yesterday i bought $75 wpe via bank transfer, and its written on my bank statement that the transaction is succeeded but the problem is the browser took ages at that confirmation part and then  -_- happened, i had to refresh the browser and it took me back to the "amount choosing" part.

 

i rushed myself to contact WP customer service, and it was sunday at that time there (i live in some country in south east asia, means i have 14 hours time difference with them. And the fact that i live in south east asia helped me to consider the delay cuz it was a day off for them,so i jumped into conclusion maybe thats why "no one would reply").

So i decided to wait, and wait. Took 8 hours till i got a reply from the CS and the message was saying something like "We'll forward this to the payment support team, and please kindly wait till we get back to you".

It's been 24 hours now, my WPE is still not added and i'm wondering.

 

What is going on? my patience is running low. How many hours should i wait? What the hell should i do?

I was using bank transfer, should i contact my bank? what if everything fails? Will i get my money back?

Has anyone ever had a same problem here?

Hello,

It may depend on the status of your account, such as first time use of WP payment feature goes under review. In this case the payment will not go through, and it should not. Once the account is verified, normally a verification may take 24 hours, the user then will be able to use the payment feature. In this instance, the user will have to make that purchase again.

 

If this is not your first time purchasing through WP, then I'd ask that you wait on the payment staff response. Do note the payment department only service during official work days/hours. Should there be an error somewhere then they will be able to assist accordingly.

No, this is not my first time to buy wpe and it's not the first time i encountered the same problem as well.

 

I'm kinda twisted with this, "the user will have to make that purchase again." .

 

Will i get my money back automatically or i should go thru some obstacles to do so?

its been 24 hours already and i still haven't heard anything from the payment staff.

 

I will wait.

lol I've had the same issue 5 days ago and have to send them 2 freakin tickets. It was the first time I encountered the same problem as yours been a customer for 7 years. I got my WPE but I got so disappointed makes me think if I should purchase again.
