Do Card effects stack?
Is Queen Scaraba Scroll drop percentage disabled in certain places? Endless Tower? Instances in General?
Looking for some answers on these questions but haven't been able to turn anything up anywhere.

damage increase, obviously yes. Drop chance, no. It's just an On/Off switch that you activate when at least one card is there.
Stuff that drops from effects of gears/cards/etc can happen against any enemy in the game.

Bonus items drop is disabled inside instances, it may or may not cover everything though.

Thanks Cinnamon. Figured there was reasoning behind this as it there is probably away to abuse a spawn to get drops faster somewhere.
