BxB is already better than elven as early as +7/8, so long as you put cards on it.

Also when you pop no limits it is undoubtely better in any case it isnt like +0.

You can just use converters for the most part, but being able to use any arrow for elements is pretty nice QoL.

The cons are it's cost, and sp cost increase tho.

2x Random Sh-- cards are ideal (srsly have no clue which card is this).

And im pretty sure it defies the point of being cost effective.

Oh crap yea, I wasn't gonna combine it until I tried it out first when I manage to job change. I thought it might be a good idea since I'll be mobbing and one hit could ruin it all, but I wasn't sure. What other accessory should I have besides the WWBrooch then?

You should stick with ww brooch until you have money to buy ignore def acc (like pdm/bsg) or additional eatk acc (dogtag/emerald ring/tempo ring) or atk modifier acc (pendant of chaos/maelstorm).

for accessory fairy leaf powder or pdm comes to mind

just use another ww brooch for the time being, it offers damage to you and it's dirt cheap

Alright, so after a looong time I finally became a Ranger and let me tell you it was really worth it. For a while I was scared I wouldn't do as much damage as the other Rangers I saw in low TI, thinking they probably had some gear I don't, but I was straight up wrong. AS level 1 already one shots everything there. I also don't need any consumables for SP, which is amazing. Thinking of buying a Hunter Fly Card for my +7 Crimson Bow so I won't need to heal either and become fully self sufficient.

 

A huge thanks to everyone that participated in this thread and helped me. I got there and it's godamn insane. For now I'm hanging out in low TI to level job a little bit, since I was told mid TI is hard to find groups for. Been killing myself to reset my base level and get some more points in AS, but I'll soon move on and pray it's not another road block.
