Shield Ring will be in a next months box. We are currently verifying the effects still. Same with the Ring of Hero.We won't implement OCP items that we have concerns about the effect matching what it should be.

What effect are you trying to verify? Comparing Sakray video/hearing from my friends, the effects are working as intended. Even a video from jRO works as intended or is that a ED exploit?

If you mean by "safe" as break-free then no, while they have increased rates through NPC Suhnmi there is chance to break.

y’all need to refresh the server, I’m pretty sure something is bugging atm. The mighty hammer for example, no one gets thru to +13. It’s even hard to make +11.
I even freaking spent 1,2B for HD ores and only got 3 +12 items.
