A guildie from indonesia told me, in june this year, idRO is transfering all of its service to Gravity Game Link. And by this year, indonesian players are promised the latest renewal update and a new title Ragnarok Zero. Apparently RO:Zero is korean server's revo-classic. But they have unique features like random enchantment on dropped equipment, new gears and enchantments, 1000% increased armor refine bonus, exclusive instance dungeons, 120/70 max level, kagerou/oborou, and many more. They also use the latest renewal mechanic including all class skills. But idRO already have revo-classic server. Idk whether they're going to update their revo-classic or open another server for ro:zero.

 

When do we get the same thing here in iRO?

There's a lot of interesting stuff in ro:zero. Each instance/town mostly have their own equipment and enchantment set. Here are some examples of Lighthalzen exclusives.

it is less likely that iro update will catch up. We can see their calendar has too few updates this year, which is same for the last few years. We are not getting closer to the lastest update. We are getting further to be exact. kro doesn’t have much awareness for iro from my understanding cause there are less players playing, so less monthly profits. There are reasons to believe the server might gets shutdown before we get the lastest update. Classic will shutdown soon. Chaos and Thor will as well if less players playing or paying.

I was gonna return to play again. But i guess i'll just wait and play on idRO renewal or ro:zero. I'm actually more interested in ro:zero now. i'm from singapore, so it probably won't lag at all. We actually have our own official server but the last time i played there are no renewal server and i don't like our revo-classic, leveling's too hard since the party system uses pre-renewal mechanic.

 

@YongkySH Is that so? i guess my guildie was wrong. That's too bad since i'm more interested in ro:zero. I'm still gonna try out your renewal if they really update it.

RO:Zero is called Ragnarok Re:Start here in the states, and it sucks......

Zero and restart are completely different stuff

Re:start and other revo-classic servers can't compare with zero. Though they have the same class progression and mostly the same monsters and areas, zero have tons of amazing new features that I'd love to try out. I really hope what my friend told me was true that zero is coming to indonesia.

Zero and restart are completely different stuff

 

I posted earlier at renewal FAQ about is there any plan iRO will start Zero but i deleted it because i thought Zero and Restart are same thing
