Hello, it's been 3 months since I logged in. Yesterday, I updated the patch normally but when I enter the game, it is disconnecting me some time later. And when I try to sign in again with the character, the screen displays the error message "failed to connect to server".
The strange thing is that this is happening randomly, in Eden when I enter the first time with some character, it becomes normal but after about 2 minutes it disconects. And in other cases, this happens even in the town of Prontera.

My internet is working normally in other games and I have played the IRO more than 10 years ago and this had never happened.

I do not know if there was any change in the law in Europe, but I'm from Brazil, maybe that's it?

I'd suggest to perform a fresh reinstall just to make sure all files are properly patched in. Other than that, random disconnections may be caused by disturbance in the connection between you and the servers. If you are unable to connect to a certain character, then request character stuck release by posting here.

Good Morning! Yesterday I was in trouble and my character was locked inside Eden, today everything worked again normally.
