Does anyone encountered this problem? It's been 2 days now and the system is down. How am I suppose to pay my VIP account if I keep receiving this error, and it won't let me through.

Possibly a network issue.

Test if you can open the following link in a standalone web browser:

Yeah, I can open it. It works fine and everything.

Having the same issue. It seems I can connect to Steam and Warpportal but not the Kepler service that payment runs off of.

Any updates on this? I wanted to purchase VIP on my Steam iRO to take advantage of the exp/drop bonus.

Have not heard back from the staff yet, it was made clear to me through other WP Steam games are also affected.

They are still awaiting an update from Steam.

Issue is now resolved, users should be able to make purchases again through Steam.
