Ok, there will be some rant and I'm sorry if I'm not approaching the issue correctly.

It's been ~months~ I frequently get errors when trying to purchase VIP for my Steam Account (which sadly is my main account since I started playing iRO). if I had a way to buy lifetime vip I'd have done it already for sure that would solve my problem so gracefully

 

All this gets very frustrating since I don't like playing for reals without VIP.

 

Is there a way I can request a full account content (characters and all items) transfer to a new warpportal account? I frequently have issues with steam and this all frustrates me SO much (or buy a lifetime vip idk)

If we can transfer characters from steam account to WP account that would be cool.

Currently it is not possible to transfer characters between Steam registered and WP registered accounts.

As for the error on payment page, that's still being looked into.

Yeah, I hope they'll find a way to figure it out. My main account is registered on steam too. Sadly, it can't be transferred to WP.

If I may suggest, why not give 2 or 3 days VIP while the issue is being solved?
