Hi there, i hope i'm using the right section of the forum & if not i'm terribely sorry

So i coded 73 stacks of souls to a guildmate for 70g/ea then i recieved the golds but after the server being down & coming back
i logged in to find that those 5110 golds were not recieved, i thought it was a rollback so i checked my silver coins .. & i found one only, which means i've already used them
so i thought maybe they rolled back to a time where i coded, i asked my guildmate & he said he has nothing in mail ...

Is there a way to check my history of golds .. cause that sucks, i spent alot of days farming those silver coins 
& thank you (& if anyone has the same problem, let me know)

It'd be kind, if any of the staff members can check my item history & check how my 5k golds disappeared right after the last Soul SELL pls, i really need them.
