The client goes threw the normal patching like usual after they added something, but once it reaches the final spot where all it need to do is repack to be done, it THEN stops an a pop up comes up saying there was a error and will close window.

I've tried this at another location in case my wifi connection was to blame. (I tried like 10 times) new location was at library and it still didn't work. (Tried to get it to complete the patch like 6 more times before heading to work.) I'm very annoyed since this patching takes forever and this has never happened before.

Pls someone help....
Do I need to uninstall this an reinstall??

Since you are posting under REStart section I'd assume you are attempting to patch Re:Start client. With that in mind, I'd suggest performing a clean reinstall to the game client, please visit the official website linked below to download the setup:
