i think camp was saying something about how they had sent over the amda card for NOGH but not the actual full package of data for the actual instance. this was like a year or two ago though so idk what the deal is at this point. we do have that amda card in sakray but you just buy it from the npc.

Truthfully I don't understand the concept of sending half packages. It's like asking for a full breakfast and only getting pancakes.

Not only that, way before NOGH, Phantasmagorika (Mechanic Episode) came with new gear for mechanics and some excellent general gear for all classes, Excellion suit and wings. It as been easily 3 years since the update and it is not complete yet. Dont expect to get any update anytime soon, if they cant bring full content from 3 years ago, dont even bother to wait for recent content.

It matters because of the cards. White Knight card especially. Also, temporal ring is still a thing.

White Knightage & Khalitzburg Knightage cards, before illusion of abbys turtle island arrived and TG - OTG will be the best combo :U
