I searched Twitter. Based on LADWP website here have three spots of power outage at Downtown L.A.. Los Angeles Convention Center does get hit briefly past noon. Convention Center has more prepare for E3 2019.

 

In addition, California, include coast, just experienced heatwaves since Monday.

just checking to see where this game is at... not much has change. mods still not delivering on empty promises and GMs still power abusing. I miss some of the people here but the game is dead
