Onto the guide,
Step 1: Talk to Detective Squirrel and Detective Moose at 193,285 in comodo. /navi comodo 193/285
Step 2: Head over to the Suspicious Item at 165,281 in comodo. /navi comodo 165/281
Step 3: Go to the fire pit at 157,317 in comodo and talk to the Suspicious Item /navi comodo 157/317
Step 4: Go to 188,166 in comodo and talk to Suspicious Item /navi comodo 188/166
Step 5: Go to the Comodo casino, and once inside find the Suspicious Item inside /navi cmd_in02 181/105
Step 6: Go to the cave north of Comodo and talk to the Suspicious Mailbox /navi beach_dun2 154/40
The second time you talk to it you will be warped to a copy map of rachel dungeon.
Step 7: Talk to the Suspicious Presence and begin the trials, you must find and solve the 3 riddles.

After speaking to all 3 return to the center of the map to the Suspicious Presence, then step into the portal
Step 8: You are now in a maze, speak to the Suspicious Presence and begin the search for the objects

After finding all 3 Mysterious Objects go to the portal at /navi aq19_pr 91/104
Step 9: Speak to the Mysterious Presence and go up into the center of the room, it will spawn 2 giant Ferus monsters but you will be saved by Doc Holiday and Marvy McChonChon and brought back to the past in Comodo, they tell you to find Grandma Boxter.
Step 10: Find Grandma boxter in a building near the campsite. /navi cmd_in01 123/90 She says gramps is nearby
Step 11: Down to the left is Gramps in disguise, talk to him and confront him about being Gramps
Step 12: Gramps tells you the well outside brings you to fight the Ferus bosses, a party is recommended at this step, as the red ferus has 256 million health and the green one has 99 million health.
They are both dragon property, red is weak to water, green is weak to fire.
They cast AoE magic spells, and you will need to be alive and on screen with them to get kill counts.
After both are dead you can collect 75 Ferus Coins from the chest that spawns in the middle of the room.
Step 13: After leaving the instance (If you have both killcounts complete) you can return to Gramps for some exp and 1 class specific headgear of your choice.

Notes: The cooldown is 8 hours, but it seems you can do the instance repeatedly to farm coins, although you would have to kill the 250mil and 99mil health monsters each time. (A different character must reserve the instance each time you go in)
